Reconstitution

  • Clean vial tops with an alcohol swab.
  • Draw 10 ml bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe.
  • Slowly inject against the inner glass wall.
  • Gently swirl until dissolved (do not shake).

Final concentration: 50 mg ÷ 10 ml = 5 mg/ml

Conversion quick look (5 mg/ml)

  • 0.1 ml = 0.5 mg
  • 0.2 ml = 1.0 mg

Storage

  • Unmixed powder: Freeze (about –20 °C), typically stable 12–24 months.
  • After mixing: Refrigerate (2–8 °C); typical window ~30–45 days. Avoid heat/light.

  • 0.1 ml = 0.5 mg
  • 0.2 ml = 1.0 mg
  • 0.4 ml = 2.0 mg

Storage

  • Unmixed powder: Freeze (about –20 °C), up to 24 months.
  • After mixing: Refrigerate (2–8 °C); typical window ~30 days. Discard if cloudy/discoloured.
